After ten good years with the reputed soft drink company Pio Schunker, the top North America marketing executive for the company has finally decided to call it off. This comes as an absolute loss as well as shock for coca cola. Reportedly the news was confirmed by a spokeswoman from coca cola but was strong on disclosing any additional details. Mr. Schunker will not be getting a job in his hands pretty soon but given his experience with the world’s biggest soft drink firm, he will surely be the preference of many international marketing firms and agencies. 

Mr. Schunker had reportedly joined coca cola from Ogilvy, New York and was lastly working as the senior VP-integrated marketing communications for coca cola North America group. He has contributed a lot to turn it into a more modern brand. Reports also show that he was officially in the company’s packaging overhaul five years ago which also included bringing back the iconic packaging back to simple red and white combination. Media credits are even being given out as he has made the brand a bit more digital and socially creative and had even added a fun element to this 127 year old company.
