Chula Vista Based Dance Studio, Russian Oriental Belly Dance Studio is expanding locally into La Mesa, California. The grand opening will include beginner belly dance class sessions

Russian Oriental Belly Dance is announcing a major expansion into the La Mesa, California market. Their initial plan is to include two beginner belly dance classes for the local community, nearby San Diego State University Students and students from all parts of the San Diego County.

The studio will continue to operate its Chula Vista studio for intermediate and advanced students, competition training and recital practice.

Nataliya Saborio, dance director of the studio states, "Intermediate and advanced students will still need to attend the Chula Vista studio, yet we are excited to invite all beginners to our La Mesa Studio. Our core studio hours will be classes on Tuesday from 6 pm to 7 pm and Tuesday from 7 pm to 8 pm. Our classes start September 2, 2014. We are looking forward to seeing new and existing beginner students at the studio!"

"We have a very aggressive plan for the studio. We have been in business for a full three years and plan to open a new studio location once a year. We have two goals. The first is brand focus and the other is customer focus. It is that perfect balance between the two that has made our studio a success, said Mrs. Saborio, studio director.

Throughout the studios three years in operation, the first years were a struggle to make a profit. It was not until the third year where the studio found its feet and began to attract students through targeted and aggressive local marketing. A complex yet targeted three prong marketing campaign proved to be the winning approach as the studio began to show a profit.

Word of mouth has been the best marketing tool the studio enjoys. Many of the students bring friends, family to participate and eventually become students. The dance studio conducts one large presentation a year to all students who wish to preform what they have learned. The studio also provides smaller studio based events where students present to each other.
