Celebrated Pakistani Fashion Designer turns actor for Zindagi’s Ranjish
~Famed with holding the record for creating the World’s largest Kurta~
Deepak Perwani, who is currently wooing audiences with his powerful acting in Zindagi’s ongoing show Ranjish as Mahmood (Minah’s father), is a celebrated fashion designer by profession! Not only that, Deepak is the designer that holds the Guinness Book of World record for creating World’s largest kurta that weighs 800 Kilos, is 101 feet tall and 59.3 inches wide. It goes without saying,that Deepak is not only a sought after actor but also one of the most popular fashion designers in Pakistan.
Deepak is winning hearts in India with his acting prowess and displaying his calibre with a perfect portrayal of a father who is forced to send his daughter from his first marriage to hostel as she is not able to cope with his second marriage, her step-mother and step-siblings.
Ranjish traces the story of Minah (played by Sanam Saeed) who loses her mother at a very early age and is devasted to live with his father’s new bride and her children. After having been sent to a hostel, Minah returns home to create a series of problems for her step family and take revenge from them for taking her father away from her.
