Madbury, NH, February 20, 2015 — Carriage Hill Assisted Living NH (www.carriagehillassistedliving.com) will break ground on its brand new, state-of-the-art assisted living NH facility on March 26th. The 24-bed facility, located in Madbury New Hampshire, will feature individual residency rooms, architectural features in the style of a New England barn, living rooms, a music room, antique furnishings and other homey touches.

“Compared to many assisted living facilities in NH, we’ve made Carriage Hill small, so we could provide a high degree of care and attention,” said Sara Nadeau, Carriage Hill’s President and Administrator. “It’s one of the few assisted living facilities in NH designed to be an intimate place where people can enjoy their lives, entertain family and friends and form new friendships,” she said.

The name Carriage Hill comes from Sara’s Father and Grandfather’s interest in carriage making and restoration. Today, the Nadeau family owns 16 restored antique carriages, which will be displayed periodically on the Carriage Hill grounds.

“We are a family owned, family managed facility,” Sara said. Among assisted living facilities in NH that’s rare,” Sara said. “We want to keep the family feeling throughout Carriage Hill because it is first and foremost, a home.”

Along with the ground breaking, on March 26th will be the introduction of the new Carriage Hill website (www.carriagehillassistedliving.com). The new site offers details such as floor plans, pricing, services, amenities and other details.
