BrainCafé Prodigy from Bhopal Shubham Mishra wins Top Honors at International Conference on Development & Prosperity

 Shubham Mishra, a BrainCafé student from Bank Officer School, Bhopal , bagged the 1st  position at the International Conference on Development & Prosperity Through Young Minds organized by The Search & Research Development  Society of India, Bhopal Chapter at Samanvay Bhavan, New market, Bhopal. In the exhibition, there were in all 30 participants from Schools & Colleges. Some of the leading Schools of Bhopal included Delhi Public School, Bank Officer School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Star Academy etc. 

Many dynamic and futuristic projects like Mobile SMS on Leaking LPG Cylinder, Phenomenon of Dispersion, Magnetic Train, Generating Electricity from Speed Breakers, Wonder Cars etc were on display at the event. Shubham Mishra’s project Wonder Car was selected the best project by eminent judges which included Shri Ashish Dongre - Vice Chancellor RKDF University, Bhopal; Shri. Ashok Kumar - Vice Chancellor, AKS University, Satna,  Madhya Pradesh and Dr Monica Jain, Head Search & Research Development Society.

Shubham Mishra, from Bank Officers School presented “Wonder Car”. Made up of scrap material, this car can move both on road and water. The battery in the car gets charged with the rotation of the car for 4 hours, which enables the car to move on water. There is an attached sensor inside the car. When the water enters the car, the sensor allows the bulb to glow.

Shubham Mishra the winner of the Conclave said, “The BrainCafé Science Coach Meena Devnani Madam has really guided and motivated me to make this project. BrainCafé School Program has helped and inspired all of us at Bank Officers School in Bhopal”

Inaugurating Search and Research Youth Conclave-2012 organised by Bhopal-based Search and Research Development Society, Abdul Kalam said ‘’These endeavours help in generating innovative ideas among the youth”

Applauding the effort, Aman Pal Singh, Business Head of BrainCafe said “ Shubham has done all of us proud. We at BrainCafé aim to unlock a child’s learning potential through the route of science that enables to develop Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).
