Author Delonso Barnes second book, Mommy Everyday is about the struggles and joys for minority mothers and the importance of finding balance in motherhood

McDonough, GA- September 20, 2014- Author Delonso Barnes’ latest book release is a spin off to his Daddy Everyday, Rewriting The Black American Dad Story. This time it is the mothers who are offered valuable advice, understanding and a method of life in the book, Mommy Everyday that may help them get through motherhood and enjoy it all the while.

Mommy Everyday is written by a father, yet it perfectly describes the feelings of every mother on the planet. The book is extremely comprehensive and connects to every mother in the most delightful manner. Balancing life and motherhood is a dilemma that women go through after having a baby. The immense responsibility and the nature of the task of upbringing and caring for the baby take its toll on most mothers. They tend to sacrifice their lives and rest for the sake of their children and are working for them round the clock.

The book shares personal accounts of 14 different mothers to whom mothers can relate. The honest accounts are touching, real and heartwarming. Each of the mothers has a story that will encourage, motivate, groom, nurture and comfort mothers to enjoy their motherhood and strike a balance between their responsibilities and their lives.

It does not matter whether you are an experienced or a first time mom; the book is ideal for all kinds of moms and targets the idea of helping moms give up their struggle for perfection and maintain their own charisma and personality for the upbringing of their child.

The book, which is to be released on October 20th, has practical advices, biblical verses, motherhood quotes from celebrity moms and activities for strengthening the family bond for mothers. It also includes a 30-Day Challenge for moms and hence is a complete guide on how to equip yourself for motherhood and maintain your real self all the while. The book is a must read for all passionate mothers out there.
