The study found that individuals who had adequate levels of vitamin K exhibited fewer signs of osteoarthritis. Vitamin K is commonly found in green leafy vegetables, including broccoli.
Experts agree that arthritis sufferers need to have a diet that is rich in anti-inflammatory foods. Many patients who are following an inflammation-fighting diet claim they have experienced improvements in their pain levels.
