31 December, 2013: Paula Bradley of Chesterbrook, PA is happy to announce the launch of her new website, www.shakerday.com. This website has been created to give information on how to lose neck fat. Neck fat is a common problem for many people and solutions have been elusive in the past. Paula believes that she has found the answer and is willing to share it with the world.

Her inspiration to find a solution was stirred by her own personal experience; she suffered from neck fat all her life and she knows how painful it can be. “I am a girl who has been desperate to shed off neck fat and for more than a decade without success. I am not a dietician or professional trainer. I am just a woman who wanted to lose that ugly fat around my neck and face and achieved it with a startling secret that I stumbled upon”, she explained.

Neck fat comes hand in hand with being overweight or obese. The problem though, is that even losing excessive fat doesn’t help you get rid of a fat neck. It is true that there is hardly any solution that works for neck fat; most of the exercises recommended online don’t really work for most people. It seems not much attention has been paid on how to lose neck fat; once they accumulate it, most people end up living with it for the rest of their lives.

Paula explained to us the kind of information that is available on her website. She has compiled tips some of which include watching what you eat. One of the first things you must do is watch how many calories you are consuming. Leading health authority Livestrong.com agrees. According to them, “Cutting unnecessary calories from your diet can reduce your total daily caloric intake significantly in many cases. For example, a single 20-oz. soda can contain 250 or more calories. Drinking the equivalent of two of these per day adds 500 calories to your daily intake. That’s equivalent to adding 1-lb. of body fat per week. As you cut calories, you’ll notice your chin and neck area begin to tighten up over a period of weeks. Avoid sugary foods and drinks, fatty cuts of meat and high-calorie snacks.”

Another important tip from Paula is to drink lots of water. According to her, many people don’t realize the value of hydration when they are trying to lose weight. She explains, “Having enough water in your body boosts your metabolism and helps you regulate your weight loss, as well as maintain healthier internal processes in your body. You will not feel as hungry as much when you drink the doctor-recommended amount of water, which can help you fight unhealthy cravings for sugary foods.”

We asked her whether she had tried to help other people lose neck fat. She told us that so far, she has tried it on lots of people and all of them have been able to lose neck fat successfully.
