(Free Press Release) Annik Technology Services Ltd, a leading research technology firm based in India with offices around the world, has announced the hiring of John Bird as Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Bird will be based in San Francisco. Mr. Bird‘s hiring continues Annik‘s expansion of business development efforts in several countries.

Mr. Bird has conducted research programs in more than 70 countries and has direct experience with retail and shopper insights, innovation and product development, advertising, brand and stakeholder management.

Prior to joining Annik, Mr. Bird was a Global Account Director at TNS Custom Research where he managed a team responsible for more than 40 consumer and commercial technology clients. Prior to that he worked for Information Resources (IRI) Frito Lay.

“We hired John because he has a tremendously successful background in research,” said Rudy Nadilo, Senior Vice President of Global Business Development at Annik. “I worked closely with him when he was with Greenfield Online. He will be a tremendous asset to Annik and I look forward to working with him again, “Nadilo said.

Mr. Bird has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business with a concentration in marketing from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo.
