Action film ready to go with known US distributor

We are Producers of an action film with a budget >$3m that has been contracted for worldwide distribution all territories including guaranteed theatrical release in one country with a well known US distributor. This project has had all monies contracted and was ready to go. One of Hollywood's greatest action Producers is on board (not me).
