Aadarsh Pvt Ltd Bags Award for Purple Turtle Animation at 4th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival, New Delhi
New Delhi, 30th April, 2014 Aadarsh Pvt Ltd got an Award for Purple Turtle Animation " The Case of the Missing Cupcakes” at the 4th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival, New Delhi. The Award ceremony was held in New Delhi recently.
“The Case of missing Cup Cakes” exhibits the story of Purple Turtle, World’s Cutest Turtle along with his friends Zing , Biggy , Melody , Roxy and more, and displays a very exciting, entertaining and adventurous animation series made for children. During its showcase in New Delhi, many children along with their parents loved and appreciated this video.
The Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival is a not-to-profit, non-commercial & India’s only independent film festival, with a mission to celebrate the cinema & work of aspiring, young, independent & professional filmmakers. The festival is important for Indian film industry as it is organized on 30 April each year to mark the birth anniversary of Late. Shri. Dhundiraj Govind Phalke, who is regarded as the father of Indian Cinema & fondly remembered as Dada Saheb Phalke by the film fraternity across the India & globe, its aim is to recognize the enlightening, entertaining & progressive new age cinema of youth & experienced filmmakers.

Krishnanand, Head- Licensing and Publishing, Purple Turtle, said,” It is a matter of great honour that Purple Turtle's episode “The Case of the Missing Cup Cakes”, has won the prestigious award at 4th Dadasaheb Phalke film festival. We are very happy that our episode which was liked by one and all.
We had the best talent from across the world to work for the episode. Script was written by a Emmy Award winner Jymn Magon from USA. Music came from a Emmy Award winner company Intermusic Inc USA. Toonz India did the Animation. Angus Fletcher from UK played a very active role in direction along with creative Director Hari Verma.
