92.7 BIG FM to hunt for child radio jockeys with
‘DABUR HONITUS BIG JUNIOR RJ’
~ Children between 6 to 14 years of age to be auditioned across the nation to become 92.7 BIG FM RJs on Christmas Day! ~
Mumbai, India’s largest radio network 92.7 BIG FM and Dabur Honitus, the leading natural cough & cold brand from the house of Dabur, announced the launch of a mega nation-wide hunt to identify the most talented child radio-jockey. This massive talent initiative, christened ‘Dabur Honitus BIG Junior RJ’, will be conducted across the country and will help identify RJ-ing talent in children between 6 and 14 years of age. A number of children across cities will be auditioned for the role and the winners will be given an exclusive chance to host the shows on 25th December 2013 (Christmas Day) this year.
This month-long campaign, which concludes on Christmas Day, will audition children from several schools per city. The kids will be judged on parameters such as spontaneity, delivery and diction, smartness, general knowledge and RJing ability. 92.7 BIG FM and Dabur Honitus will select 5 young RJ’s per station who will get a chance to host a show with 92.7 BIG FM RJs.
Bringing the excitement of reality shows to radio, this initiative will give parents the advantage of being actively involved in grooming their young ones to stand out in the contest. The program will give children a fantastic new opportunity to display such skills that are often overlooked and prized in radio jockeys.
